Early access

inContact is in active development. Features, pricing, and policies may evolve as the platform grows. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you. Your statutory rights — including the UK GDPR rights described in our Privacy Policy— are unaffected by the platform's early-access status.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on inContact (“the platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use inContact. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • One account per person. Automated or bot accounts are prohibited.

4. Content you post

  • You retain ownership of content you create on inContact.
  • By posting, you grant inContact a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display your content on the platform.
  • You must not post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Content flagged as AI-generated may be marked with a visible indicator. Our AI detection system uses automated scoring — you may dispute a flagging via Settings.

5. Courses and payments

  • Course creators set their own prices. inContact retains a 9% platform fee.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when making a purchase.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 30% of the course is completed.
  • After the refund window, refund requests are routed to support for manual review.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Spam, bulk messaging, or automated content creation.
  • Impersonation of other users or organisations.
  • Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection.
  • Circumventing content moderation or security measures.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence.

7. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. You will be notified of any action taken against your account.

8. Talent scouting

Scouting features are available to approved members. Scouts may view public profiles, topic-based search results, and thinking portfolios. Scouts must not misuse candidate data or contact candidates outside the platform's approach system for purposes unrelated to the stated opportunity.

9. Privacy

Your use of inContact is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

inContact is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
